Have a complaint?

We are continuously at great pains to ensure the quality of our services. Still, it is possible that you may be unsatisfied with a particular aspect. If that's the case, we do hope you will let us know. Because we take complaints regarding our services extremely serious. We have an internal complaints procedure and are affiliated with the Dutch Financial Services Complaints Tribunal (Kifid). Should you have a complaint, we ask that you complete the form below and submit it to us. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
